Great vacation all the way around. It was absolutely stunning in Nassau and definitely want to return. Only issue was not knowing that the hotel shuttle was not included in our deal. We had to figure that out at the airport when we arrived. Overall though amazing trip!!

Everything went as planned with the hotel, tours and flights. Aer lingus had an unexpected event and great value vacations easily rebooked us on the next available flight when others who booked flights themselves could not even get the chance to speak with the flight agency due to the number of ppl calling in.
The ring of Kerry bus tour was better than expected. Before departing I would check with the hotels to find out what type of room you are getting since ours seemed small and outdated. We upgraded the last couple hotels by calling ahead of time. But we would definitely book with great value vacations again!!

I was excited to originally book a trip to Ireland, but that was canceled due to COVID. We received a credit which we used to book a trip to Spain for a week-2 nights in Madrid, 2 nights in Seville and 2 nights in Barcelona. The hotels were great, particularly in Madrid and Seville. The promised tours were good as well. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because I called Customer Service about not receiving updated vouchers and Genevieve was curt and unable to help me. She told me the itinerary was all I needed and that wasn’t true. I found the vouchers in my spam but it would have been more helpful if she could have understood the issue and just resent them to me.

The overall experience was mediocre. From the airlines to the resort. Everything was a cost to upgrade as the ocean view room we chose was in the furthest building from the ocean. Luckily the only positive was we had the only adult pool in our building. The room we had was spacious but I doubt it had been updated for quite some time. Pretty worn and dated. Will definitely book direct with the property in the future as you lose so many amenities when you book through a 3rd party. Oh well…live and learn the hard way

We had a fantastic trip! The hotel accommodations were lovely and the breakfasts yummy! We,really appreciated you uprising one car instead of issuing two for our,four adult party. We would highly recommend the trip to South Africa!

Terrible flight(s). Should tell buyers the flights are not direct. Ugh! Hotels left lots to be improved upon. Holiday Inn Express are for one night stops, not 4 nights. Location and properties could’ve been much better. Euro equal to, or even less value than USD so can’t use that as an excuse. Hotel transfers should be included. Need better information on train portion. Overall this was my first time with this company and probably my last. I recommend buyers take a close look and check reviews before taking the plunge.

No problems whatsoever with our trip out west to visit national parks. Hotels were good to excellent, no problems with flights. Had some excessive heat and one day of rain, but no fault of GVV. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

Everything went smoothly on my gate one trip to Key West Florida. I thought the hotel was very nice, clean, and well organized. The shuttle was always on time and that made traveling even easier. I can’t wait to sign up for another trip with gate one!

We booked our trip in early 2020 and were unable to take it when we had originally planned due to the pandemic. Great Value Vacations allowed us to use our full payment as a travel credit when we were able to travel again, but we had to pay an additional $1000 for the increase in trip price. In addition, we were unable to get in contact with someone at Great Value Vacations when we arrived at our first hotel after 20+ hours of travel to find out they changed our booking to another location less than 24 hours prior to check in. We also ended up with an 8 hour layover on the way home and as a result, had to book a hotel room in LA because it got us back too late to fly home on our final day after another 26+ hours of travel.

We were finally able to take our vacation after planning since July, 2019! Great Value Vacations is all online & provided a great itinerary with all details on hand at each stop. The hotels were all clean and well-run. Having full breakfasts included was really great. The only caution is about renting a car and driving on the left side. Google maps lead us on some interesting "single carriage" roads! The vouchers provided for tours were great picks.
